The Teacher Academy program, organized by Karaman Provincial Directorate of National Education, hosted an important event this week under the theme “City and Culture” to support the cultural and intellectual development of teachers. Held under the auspices of the Ministry of National Education, the event welcomed former Mayor of Karaman, writer, and poet Kamil Uğurlu, who engaged with educators in a memorable evening.
A Meaningful Dialogue on Urban Culture
Held at the Karaman Gazi Culture and Arts Center, the event attracted great interest from the education community and teachers. Kamil Uğurlu opened the evening by sharing his thoughts on Karaman’s historical texture, the significance of urban culture, and the influence of cultural heritage on social life.
